Habit No.1…Be Inspired By Others

• It never ceases to amaze and is totally inspiring when you take time to notice those that you would consider worse off than yourself i.e. those that are blind or have limbs missing or are born with or have been suddenly stricken with debilitating diseases or afflictions – BUT – they attain happiness…their inner strength and acceptance of their circumstances is truly astounding…it begs the question; “exactly WHY am i unhappy..?”.

• What about those who have followed the tenets and types of advice that are cited and discussed within this site…they have attained happiness via positive thinking, hard endeavour, full commitment to their desires and absolute persistence in taking the necessary steps along their road to success…that warrants full respect and is simply inspirational…why not just emulate their steps to success..!?!

Habit No.2…Share Your Knowledge And Your Time

• There really is nothing like the act of giving to others…most especially your time and knowledge…Winston Churchill said: “We Make a Living By What We Get, But We Make a Life By What We Give”

• It’s one of the main rules of the universe and has been proved time and time again…to receive, you must first give..!

Habit No.3…Always Be Grateful For Everything You Have

• Happy people are constantly grateful for all the material things they have, even if it took hard work and effort to obtain them…they do not take it or them for granted.

• Subsequently, the people in your life…if you have wonderful relationships with great friends and loved ones, be grateful…do not take them for granted.

• There are plenty people in this world who, for whatever reason, are not so fortunate, so you have serious reason to be forever thankful for your bounty..!

Habit No.4…Live For This Moment

• This moment, here and now is what counts…focus and enjoy what you need to get done today so that you successfully move forward to tomorrow.

• The past is done-and-dusted…there is no point continuously thinking about your past mistakes or even your past conquests – every day is different and will need to be actioned so that you get to the end of the road you have chosen for your FUTURE success.

• On that note – do not dwell too much on the future either…what you do now, at this moment, is what will determine your future needs and actions.

Habit No.5…Know The Only Things That You Can Control Are Your Thoughts

• Although you can guide by providing help and advice, you cannot control what others think or do – don’t let that have negative influence on your desires.

• Your thoughts are “things” – they WILL become reality if you keep thinking them…that’s your negative as well as your positive thoughts, so it’s obvious what type of thoughts you should spend the most (all) of your time on – right..?

• Happy people begin with a dream, a thought…and then make it a solid happenstance..!

What Does It Take To Create A Wonderful Life

People can improve your life by making your mind creative. When you use your creative mind, you can create new and exciting ideas that will lead you to improve your self-esteem. Your computer along with many other choices can give you many different options.
But, you must be willing to put forth the effort to find these resources. You may feel intimidated at times. but this is normal. And if you are willing to take these situations with an open mind, you will find it easier to improve your self-esteem.
When your self-esteem is low, its very hard to get through the day. With every day you feel like this, it becomes more stressful than you can bear. Yet, if you are willing to let go of your stress and accept the situation, you will find your way in life to be much easier with fewer hassles. Have you ever seen someone who constantly struggles? Not just financially, but emotionally, and sometimes physically. Nothing ever goes right in their life. Just ask them; they’ll tell you.
If you could look inside this person’s head, you’d probably see a mess of self-doubt and vague wishes. They might not even realize that this is the life they created, but if you could go back 6 to 12 months in the past and look at their thoughts, you would see that’s exactly what they’ve done.
As a network marketer, there are many actions you must take to create the reality you choose. Most of these are not easy, but if you can make them into habits, your success as a network marketer is almost guaranteed.
One such action is thinking for yourself. Thinking for yourself means asking questions. Doing things the way you always did means you’ll get the same results you’ve always gotten. Asking questions can signify a departure from old ways that no longer serve their purpose.
Thinking for yourself is not, by any means, the easiest way to do things, but it is always the best. Anyone can follow the crowd and obtain mediocre results. Leaders constantly question their actions, asking themselves if there might be a better way to do things.
We can choose our own thoughts. Regardless of what happens to us on the outside, we control what goes on in our minds. We can choose to be a drone and follow what everyone else is doing, or we can use our minds to break away from the pack and achieve our goals.
As network marketers, we must keep in mind that we are where we are today because of our thoughts. If you find yourself lacking today, go back and examine what your thoughts were yesterday, last month, 6 months ago. Your reality always corresponds with your thoughts.
Because of this, it’s vitally important to think constructively. Successful network marketers don’t waste time or energy focusing on what might go wrong. They seldom mull over unpleasant encounters, or hold grudges. They constantly ask themselves, “How can I make things better than they are right now?”
If you really want to create you own reality, it’s extremely important to know what that reality consists of. What does success mean to you? How will you know when you’re there? To know your outcome is one of the most important aspects of creating the life you choose.
What would you need to do today, right now, to achieve that goal? If you can remember to keep the end in sight, your smaller goals will be easier to accomplish. Never forget why you’re prospecting.
The thoughts you think lead you to the actions you take. The actions you take regularly become habits. If you can develop enough constructive habits, no force in the world can stop you from achieving your dreams.

How to Be Happy With What You Have in Life

What will it take for you to be happy in life? Will it take success, lots of money, and that car you have been wanting? What will it take to really allow you to just sit back and enjoy the moment? If you have an answer to that question then you may be missing the point of pure happiness, and you may never truly be happy with what you have. Allow me to explain.

The truth is that most people do not become happy once they receive the things they thought would make them happy. This is because pure happiness is a mental state; it’s not something that you receive when you get something in your life. You have a choice to be happy, and if you haven’t chosen to be happy yet then you probably won’t be happy when you get something you want. It’s just that simple.

How to Be Happy With What You Have

Only Accept Things in Your Life That Make You Happy

First of all, don’t accept things in your life that make you unhappy! Jack Canfield once said that he only does things that make him happy, and he’s a pretty happy guy! This is so obvious but many of us don’t follow this simple rule. We work at jobs we hate, we live in a house we hate, and we do things we don’t want to do because we think we have to. But the truth is we don’t have to, we always have a choice.

If you find that you are unhappy with what you have then start taking action to change. For example, if you are unhappy with your job then take action towards finding a job you love. Get the education you need to get the job you want or just go ahead and apply for it. Do whatever you have to do to make that change and be happy.

Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a way of being in the moment and really seeing it for what it is. Have you ever heard of the raisin exercise? This is an exercise where you mindfully eat a raisin by noticing the taste, texture, and the way you feel while you eat it. In the exercise you are aware of the process of eating the raisin from beginning to end. This is an example of being mindful of what you are doing. You are not passing judgement, you are just observing.

Mindfulness can help you to be happy with what you have by allowing you to really appreciate what you have. Take the time to really notice the things or people in your life that you may otherwise take for granted. Notice those things or people and really be mindful of how they benefit your life and what they do for you. This can be about something as simple as your shower and being mindful of the great job it does getting you clean. You will find that it will be hard not to be happy with your shower after you allow yourself to see and feel how great your shower really is for you!

Live in the Moment

Ever notice how you are really happy when you are on vacation? That’s because you are living in the moment. Can you imagine having that feeling at home, everyday? Doesn’t that make you want to live in the moment?

When you live in the future you may find yourself worrying about things. This includes waiting for something to come into your life in order to be happy. For instance, if you are waiting for a soul mate to come into your life in order to be happy then you are probably focused on what the feeling will be like when you meet your soul mate and how your life will be different then it is right now. But you are probably worried about the how and when of it all as well, and that is causing you stress – not happiness.

Living in the moment allows you to stop stressing about what is going to come and when it is going to come. You can have dreams, you can have wants and desires, but if you spend your whole life stressing out about when those dreams and desires are going to manifest then you are missing out on the now and the happiness you could be feeling.

Bottom line: Don’t let go of your dreams and desires, but don’t spend all of your time in the future. If you want to be with what you have then you have to be living in the present. You can’t be happy with what you have now if you are always living in the future that you think will make you happy.
